广州航运交易有限公司受客户委托，对“粤油902”化学品船进行网络公开竞价转让。现将有关事项公告如下：
一、标的概况
标的底价：美元278万元（USD 2,780,000.00）；
保证金：30万美元；
增价幅度：不低于1万美元。
本公告及其附件所提供的有关船舶静态资料仅供参考，意向竞买人可在公告期内自行预约并前往约定停靠地点对船舶进行现场勘验。
二、竞买人条件
凡具备完全民事行为能力的公民、法人和其他组织均可参加竞买。
参与竞买人须在广州航运交易所提供的广州航运交易平台（http://www.trade.shippingex.cn/f）登录,注册会员账户。
网络竞价报名截止时间为北京时间2020年2月13日16:00，请在该时间内完成报名材料提交。
三、竞价保证金
本次竞价保证金为30万美元。竞买人须于北京时间2020年2月13日12:00前将保证金汇入广州航运交易有限公司如下监管账户，意向竞买人参与竞价但由第三方账户汇款的，必须出具授权委托书。

四、竞价时间
北京时间2020年2月14日 10:00-10:30为定时报价阶段，10:30起为延时报价阶段。竞价时段设置的应价时间截止，最后报价有效的竞买人为中标方；应价时间截止，所有竞买人均未报价的，本次网络竞价终结。
五、船舶交接
委托方与中标方签订船舶买卖合同后2个月内进行交接，具体交接时间、条件，由双方在船舶买卖合同中共同协商。
六、现场验船
验船时间：北京时间2020年1月2日至2020年2月13日（1月23日至2月1日春节期间不安排）；

Commissioned by the entrusting party, Guangzhou Shipping Exchange Co., Ltd. (GSE) determines to organize an online bidding for an chemical tanker named “YUE YOU 902”. The announcement is stated as follows.
Ⅰ.Description:
Starting Price: USD 2,780,000

Increment：≥USD 10,000
All the static information about the ships are for reference only, bidders can make appointment and inspect the ship at the prescribed location within the announcement period.

Ⅳ.Bidding Time and Rules
The fixed time bidding:10:00 to 10:30, February 14, 2020(Beijing time)，the extension time bidding begins from 10:30. The last valid bidder shall be the “winning bidder”. The termination of this bidding come in to force when no bidder bids during the fixed time bidding.
Ⅴ.Delivery of the Ship
This ship shall be delivered within 2 months after signing the MOA. The time, place and condition of delivery will be issued in the MOA based on Memorandum of Agreement Norwegian Sale Form 1993(NSF’93).
